Joelle Craig

Joelle is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development for Alliance Animal Health

Joelle has worked in the veterinary industry for over 18 years in areas such as business development, talent acquisitions and recruiting, hospital start-ups and operations including multi-unit management, sales, training and development, and emerging corporate account management. Joelle is passionate about helping people identify the best career opportunities, building strong teams, providing opportunities for growth, learning, and continued development. She is committed to making a positive difference in the veterinary community!

    Michele Torres

    Michele began her career as a high school teacher but quickly transitioned into talent acquisition, acquiring 20+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of different industries. Most recently having led a DVM recruitment team focused on sourcing and hiring both current and future veterinarians. Her professional accomplishments also include the creation and implementation of numerous recruiting-focused training programs and courses on interviewing techniques. Michele is passionate about improving the hiring experience for both the recruiter and the candidate.

    Michele lives in the western Chicago suburbs with her husband and 14-year-old Leonberger, Bowie. She is also the proud mother of two grown children. Outside of work, Michele can be found at a Cubs game, or camping (well... glamping because she has to be able to watch the Cub games), and hiking, where she enjoys geocaching and photographing animals and nature's more unique creations.

    Lindsay Shemansky

    Lindsay Shemansky is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Alliance Animal Health.

    Lindsay has been professionally recruiting for over 6 years. Lindsay most recently joins us having worked as a Veterinary Recruiter specializing in DVM recruitment for a Jacksonville, FL based veterinary group. She enjoys developing relationships with others, helping match them to the best new career opportunity and is very passionate about the veterinary field. She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with her two lazy dogs, Golden Retriever, Eli - 6 and Saint Bernard, Clover - 3.

    Raven Buck

    Raven has worked in the Animal Health industry for 10+ years, gaining experience as a Veterinary Technician and Nutraceutical Sales Representative. Driven by her passion for Animal Health, she takes pride in providing the best possible care for animals; large and small, in and out of clinical settings. She is enthusiastic about advancing her career and helping others to navigate and fulfill their own. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, her goals are not limited to sourcing and recruiting like-minded individuals with an enthusiastic passion for Animal Medicine, but also developing strategies to retain this specialized talent.

    Outside of the office, Raven is very adventurous! She has 2 small dogs, Penny a 4lb Chihuahua and Charlie a Bichon. Raven enjoys meeting new people, creating memories with her family, spending time outdoors, and traveling the world with her Fiancé, Michael.

    Jessica has dedicated her career and specialized her skillset in full life cycle recruiting within diverse healthcare sectors both in human and veterinary medicine for over 15 years. She has a passion for proactive sourcing and loves the challenge of finding that perfect candidate for a “hard to fill position”. She is excited about the opportunity to lead a team that is dedicated to enriching the quality and quantity of DVM leads for our AAH partner hospitals. Jessica is proud to be known for her commitment to high standards of quality, integrity, and successful recruiting strategies.     Ashley Tipton

    A veteran with 16 years experience in the industry, Ashley has a strong passion for veterinary medicine and the people who take care of our furry friends.

    She’s also passionate about developing strong relationships and helping others find their perfect fit within a team, works hard and is proud of her track record in creating culture that is positive, productive and cohesive.

    Outside of her career, Ashley is also a 200 E-RYT and enjoys incorporating her knowledge of yoga into her everyday life. She enjoys spending time with her husband roller skating the scenic trails along her hometown beach in Clearwater, FL, and taking care of their two dogs, two cats and four chickens.

    Emily Harrison

    Most recently Emily oversaw operations as a Practice Manager for over 3 years and has been involved in the Veterinary field for 9+ years now. She maintained a high level of efficiency and productivity while keeping focus on associate well-being. Skillful at strategic planning as well as leading organizational change that is aligned with business objectives. Several years of experience in finding and sourcing candidates from multiple different sources. Emily's passion for selecting great talent and building strong relationships has brought her to where she is today.

    Outside of her career, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband Joshua, their 4-year-old daughter Mila, 1-year-old son Jhett and her 9-year-old Pitbull Dipstick. You can find Emily at the nearest beach soaking up the sun or BBQing at home with her family and friends. She enjoys the water and summer sun, but her favorite time of year is Fall.

    Madeline Zurowsky, DVM

    Madeline, or “Dr. Z,” earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Clemson University and went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University. She comes from multiple years of small animal clinical experience as a general practitioner passionate about motivating veterinary staff, creating meaningful client relationships via top-notch medical treatment for patients in Raleigh, NC. She is excited to join an enthusiastic and energetic team at Alliance to empower the next generation of veterinary students. She will bring clinical expertise and a passion for education to her network. When Dr. Z is not traveling or working, she enjoys attending concerts, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and golfing with her husband. She also enjoys taking selfies and photos of her two Corgis- Middleton “Mids”+ Paddington “Pads.”

    Jeremy Litberg

    He has experience of helping students reach their full potential while supporting hospitals along the way. He is very interested in students’ various backgrounds that they come from along with hearing their many career goals. He joins us most recently from VetCor where he supported hospitals as a CVT, Hospital Manager, and Area Manager. He also worked as a mentor and mentor supervisor during his time at the Vet Tech Institute at Fox College. He is most excited about having new opportunities of supporting students within his position at Alliance. In his free time, Jeremy spends time out in nature taking photos of various animals or just enjoying some fresh air with a nice bike ride or hike.

    Natalie Hann

    Natalie has spent her time in the veterinary medicine field conceptualizing, planning, and executing campus events, with a focus on creating genuine connections and being a positive representation of the organization’s mission and values. She joins us most recently from National Veterinary Associates, where she first began in Business Development, building relationships with DVMs, developing their corporate and VIP event program, and led their industry liaison initiative. She realized her passion was connecting with doctors and made the move to the Campus Recruiting where she was thrilled to be a part of their vet med journey. Natalie loves snuggling with her 6-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter while watching an episode of Bluey or a classic Disney movie. She and her husband enjoy the rare date night out to an arcade, museum, or the highly prized Target run. And her favorite co-worker is a 10-year-old beagle mix named Penelope.

    Robin Price

    Robin got her start in recruiting in 2019 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She took a job with a multi-state dental service organization as recruitment coordinator and shortly moved into doctor sourcing specialist role. Most recently and for the last 3 years, she has worked at a multi-state/site veterinary organization as a Hospital Support Recruiter and Vet Tech Campus Engagement Specialist. Robin’s favorite part of recruiting is learning new sourcing techniques and building campus relationships. Robin says, “I am really looking forward to working alongside dedicated professionals who are in this industry to make an impact and genuine difference for the teams that make up veterinary practices, but to also improve the industry for the future professionals as well.” Outside of work, Robin has her hands full with 3 dogs and a rabbit. When she isn’t taking care of her pets she is probably reading, playing Hogwarts Legacy or baking. Robin’s signature baked dessert are chocolate chip cookies! You can also find Robin rooting for her favorite hometown Detroit sport teams – Go Tigers, Lions, and Redwings!

    Mary Oliver

    Mary has over 17 years of talent acquisition experience across a variety of industries. Mary most recently joins us, having worked for a national company where she focused on sourcing and hiring veterinarians. Mary truly has a passion for recruiting. She enjoys connecting with people and is excited to join the Alliance family to continue using her expertise & hiring strategies to help place top talent in our practices. In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time being active with her family (movies, sports and being outdoors) which include her husband, André Sr., Malaika (16 yrs), Akeelah (11 yrs), André Jr. (4 yrs) and their 80 pound labradoodle, Rocket. She's an Oregon Duck and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Also, she will never turn down an opportunity to go shoe shopping!

    Haley Ebert

    Haley is an experienced veterinary sourcer with a proven track record of finding top talent in critical markets. She prioritizes her relationships with recruiters to ensure a flawless handoff and candidate experience. She comes to us after almost 4 years at Banfield Pet Hospital. There she developed a veterinarian specific sourcing strategy that lead to strong hires across the business. Prior to that, Haley worked in tech at Facebook and Quora. She prides herself on leveraging the latest technology to streamline sourcing processes. In her free time, Haley enjoys exploring the great Oregon outdoors and the Portland food scene with her partner Eddie. They are so excited for their upcoming wedding in September!

    Victoria Radford

    Victoria is an experienced veterinary sourcer, awesome at finding top talent across multiple markets. She keeps candidate experience at the forefront of her strategies. Victoria practices diverse outreach strategies, contact finding to best reach quality candidates, and prioritizes organization to be prompt in her communication. She comes to us after 2 years at Banfield Pet Hospital, where she cultivated partnerships with recruiters and produced quality leads that led to hires for the business. Prior to that, Victoria worked in logistics. She is looking forward to joining the team and is excited to continue helping connect veterinarians to their dream role. In her free time, Victoria enjoys exploring the PNW outdoors, spending time with family and friends, traveling, baking, and taking care of her two dogs, Danny and Brody.
