Joelle has worked in the veterinary industry for over 18 years in areas such as business development, talent acquisitions and recruiting, hospital start-ups and operations including multi-unit management, sales, training and development, and emerging corporate account management. Joelle is passionate about helping people identify the best career opportunities, building strong teams, providing opportunities for growth, learning, and continued development. Kendyl Huber
Kendyl Huber is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Alliance Animal Health.
Kendyl Huber is highly analytical with a diverse background in business, health care, and leadership. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in May of 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Upon graduation, she accepted an offer from a Fortune 500 company called Textron to become a recruiter in Augusta, GA.
Later in 2016, she took on the additional title of intern program manager for her business unit. In August of 2017, Kendyl returned to Columbia, SC to begin the doctor of pharmacy program at the University of South Carolina. In 2019, she began pursuing a dual master’s degree in health information technology. In May of 2021, Kendyl graduated with her PharmD and MHIT before beginning a Health System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership Residency in Augusta, GA.

Lindsay has been professionally recruiting for over 6 years. Lindsay most recently joins us having worked as a Veterinary Recruiter specializing in DVM recruitment for a Jacksonville, FL based veterinary group. She enjoys developing relationships with others, helping match them to the best new career opportunity and is very passionate about the veterinary field. She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with her two lazy dogs, Golden Retriever, Eli - 6 and Saint Bernard, Clover - 3.

Raven Buck
Raven has worked in the Animal Health industry for 10+ years, gaining experience as a Veterinary Technician and Nutraceutical Sales Representative. Driven by her passion for Animal Health, she takes pride in providing the best possible care for animals; large and small, in and out of clinical settings. She is enthusiastic about advancing her career and helping others to navigate and fulfill their own. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, her goals are not limited to sourcing and recruiting like-minded individuals with an enthusiastic passion for Animal Medicine, but also developing strategies to retain this specialized talent.
Outside of the office, Raven is very adventurous! She has 2 small dogs, Penny a 4lb Chihuahua and Charlie a Bichon. Raven enjoys meeting new people, creating memories with her family, spending time outdoors, and traveling the world with her Fiancé, Michael.

Skyler Zyniecki
Most recently Skyler was a Talent Acquisition Partner with St. Peter's Health Partners. In this capacity, she partnered with Hiring Managers throughout the Capital Region to fill positions across SPHP's integrated healthcare network (hospitals, long-term care facilities, alcohol and rehabilitation centers, hospice, and medical offices). She was also responsible for stabilizing multiple departments throughout the organization during the pandemic. Prior to that position, she worked as a Recruiter for GXP Search, staffing for pharmaceutical and biotech companies across the United States.
First and foremost, she is ecstatic to join an organization that has a clear understanding of their values and encourages buy-in to a positive company culture. She’s also looking forward to working with a team of people that love what they do and to take part in the successful and rapid growth of a forward-thinking company.
To her friends and family, Sky is known as “that" dog mom since her life revolves around her fur babies! Whether it's hiking new trails, going for a swim in Lake George, or planning the next puppy play date, there are always new adventures being set into motion. She also really enjoys traveling with her Husband and getting together with friends on the weekend.

Jeff Munoz is Student Programs Manager at Alliance Animal Health.
Jeff is a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional with almost 10 years of recruitment experience. His career has predominantly been in human healthcare, although the last few years he jumped head first into Vet Med. He enjoys working with passionate people and feels some of the most passionate individuals he has ever worked with have been in this industry.
During his career he has had the opportunity to build out recruiting programs, processes, implement strong hiring strategies and build long lasting relationships.
Jeff lives in the Chicago area where outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family, checking out new restaurants and breweries, going to see live bands and of course spending time with his dogs and husband! He has 7 small dogs (6 girls and 1 boy), all of which are Chihuaha/Maltese mix while one is Chihuahua/Yorkie!

Faith Boyd
Faith brings a strong background from multiple fields in sales and as a sourcing expert. She’s excited to share her strong work ethic and upbeat, creative perspective to an already incredible team. While animals have always been her passion, she’s learned that engaging with people and forging true connections is what truly drives her and is thrilled to bring the two together. After all, if you love what you do, is it even work!? She also has a two-year-old son named Charlie, and a big fur-ball (Pyrenees) named Prescott.

Ashley Tipton
A veteran with 16 years experience in the industry, Ashley has a strong passion for veterinary medicine and the people who take care of our furry friends.
She’s also passionate about developing strong relationships and helping others find their perfect fit within a team, works hard and is proud of her track record in creating culture that is positive, productive and cohesive.
Outside of her career, Ashley is also a 200 E-RYT and enjoys incorporating her knowledge of yoga into her everyday life. She enjoys spending time with her husband roller skating the scenic trails along her hometown beach in Clearwater, FL, and taking care of their two dogs, two cats and four chickens.

Most recently Emily oversaw operations as a Practice Manager for over 3 years and has been involved in the Veterinary field for 9+ years now. She maintained a high level of efficiency and productivity while keeping focus on associate well-being. Skillful at strategic planning as well as leading organizational change that is aligned with business objectives. Several years of experience in finding and sourcing candidates from multiple different sources. Emily's passion for selecting great talent and building strong relationships has brought her to where she is today.
Outside of her career, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband Joshua, their 4-year-old daughter Mila, 1-year-old son Jhett and her 9-year-old Pitbull Dipstick. You can find Emily at the nearest beach soaking up the sun or BBQing at home with her family and friends. She enjoys the water and summer sun, but her favorite time of year is Fall.

Kate Burdick
Kate is a Certified Veterinary Technologist with 10 years of experience in the Veterinary Medical field. After working in general practice for just over 5 years she made the transition to education. Kate has been teaching Veterinary Technology students since 2017 and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Adult Learning and Higher Education with a focus in Biology. Kate has taught a wide range of classes, spanning from Veterinary Terminology to Surgical Nursing and Anesthesia, and has a particular passion for teaching Animal Anatomy and Physiology. Kate’s clinical experience was primarily in general practice. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, cycling, and playing video games. Her fiancée is an IT Cybersecurity nerd and together they have made a family with loveable mutt Lucia, their evil black cat Moxxi, and a small Kenyan Sand Boa named Nigel Snakeberry.

Meghan graduated with her MBA in 2021 with a focus in healthcare management. After graduating, she began professionally recruiting for the past two years. Meghan most recently joins us, having worked as a veterinary recruiter specializing in Relief DVM recruitment for a national company. Prior to veterinarian recruitment, Meghan’s main focus was in human health care, where she was a team lead focusing on physician and allied health recruitment.
Outside of the office, Meghan enjoys being surrounded by her friends and family, spending time with her fiancé Kyle, working out, traveling, and playing with her two pups. She has two miniature long-haired dachshunds named Millie and Addi.
