Vice President of Strategy
Michael Sabin
Michael Sabin is the Vice President of Strategy for Alliance Animal Health.
He has extensive experience working in Corporate Strategy and the Financial Services industry, with over 6 years working across different Operations, Financial Advisory, and Investment roles.
Michael received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied.
In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling as much as possible, often with his mini Black Lab, Bernie. When he’s not on the move, Michael is probably reading about his beloved Green Bay Packers or planning his next meal out.
Director, M&A and Growth Strategy
Caleb Tse Lalonde
Caleb Tse-Lalonde works as a Director for Alliance Animal Health where he shares responsibilities across acquisitions and strategy. Prior to joining Alliance, Caleb worked in clinical research at the McGill University Health Center, as well as at Boston College, where he focused on developing novel therapies for rare genetic disorders. Caleb graduated from Boston College where he received a B.S. in Biology, and a minor in Finance.
Senior Project Specialist
Ashley Craven
Ashley has previously worked as a Senior Project Specialist and DVM Management within the vet industry through preventative clinics. Organization, efficiency, and communication have been the keys to her previous success. She looks forward to bringing her talents to the table while still learning new skills and practices from the full-service side of the vet world. Ashley is excited to join the Alliance team to be a part of a company that is growing at a rapid rate while meeting the needs of vets and pet owners all across the country. When she’s not formatting spreadsheets and analyzing data, Ashley is either wrangling the chaos of her husband and three kids, curled up reading novels next to her labradoodles, working in local politics, listening to murder podcasts, or having a one-woman dance party as she cleans her house to Taylor Swift songs.
Construction Project Manager
Buddy Lanham
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any project. After owning his own construction business for 20+ years, he now focuses his talents within the pet industry, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. He has built a career rooted in hard work and dedication to excellence. Over the last 8 years Buddy served as Director of Construction and Facilities for Village Pet Care and Destination Pet, both start-ups in the pet and veterinary care industries. Buddy is very excited to join AAH, bringing a hands-on, problem-solving approach with a focus on ensuring the projects are completed in a timely manner, with the highest quality and safety standards. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cheering on his favorite football team, and pursuing hobbies like saltwater fishkeeping and golf. He approaches each new challenge - whether at work or in life - with motivation, determination, and a desire to learn something new.
De Novo & Growth Project Manager
Rachel Boivin
With 18 years of experience in the veterinary field, Rachael’s hard work and dedication took her from a receptionist up to a lead technician, and most recently was the practice manager for one of our Alliance urgent care locations. Her expertise ranges from small to large animals, and general practice to emergency medicine. Rachael also brings 5 years of drafting experience with her, which has enabled her to build on her logistics and communication skills. She is excited to share her wide range of knowledge and contribute to the growth of Alliance Animal Health. From her career to her home life, Rachael’s passion for animals shines through. She is dedicated to saving pets’ lives through rescuing and fostering; she has saved over 40 cats and dogs and counting. Her current family consists of two rescues: Piggy the Pug and Panda the Landseer Newfoundland. You can typically find them at a local restaurant, farmer’s market, or at the beach.

By capturing the right data points, they’re able to design best-in-class strategies and predict future business models to keep performance high.
Director of Data Architecture
Nathan Giusti
Nathan is joining us as our Director of Data Architecture. He will be responsible for managing our data infrastructure from ingestion to visualization. He will partner with leadership to enhance our analytics ecosystem and grow our business.
Nathan has a long history of managing data for clients in a variety of industries, allowing them to build, scale, and support their data infrastructure and turn that data into actionable insights. He will manage and oversee the data from 200+ veterinary sites, ingesting and visualizing that data from a unified data warehouse to drive data driven decision making. He is joining us after building and running the business intelligence team for the world’s largest brewer of beer. He hired, trained, and mentored a team while developing reliable, actionable, best in class business intelligence which drove all parts of their org including sales, logistics, marketing, and finance. Before that he was a consultant working with clients across the world to find solutions to their data issues. Prior to that he has a long history of software engineering for companies in defense, ad tech, and healthcare. In his free time Nathan loves trivia, karaoke, and running with his terrier Korra. He co-founded a charity group that raised money by putting on karaoke renditions of the musical Hamilton.
Director of Enterprise Analytics & Insights
Arian Modarres
Arian has experience as a data scientist by way of CVS and Boston Consulting Group, where he leveraged his people skills and his data savvy to help solve business problems for a variety of clients and stakeholders. Most notably, he developed models for several Fortune 500 companies during his time at BCG. Originally from Potomac, Maryland, he received a BS from George Washington University, followed by an MA from Columbia University, both in statistics. In his free time, Arian is typically doing something sports-related - whether it’s watching, playing, or predicting. He is a huge cat lover and will always ask bodegas if they have one when in the city.
Data Analyst and Management Specialist
Blake Prestridge
Blake joins us from Dick’s Sporting Goods where he spent nearly a decade honing his skills in leadership, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. His hardwork and creative thinking regularly helped stores achieve their highest potential. Throughout his time at Dick’s Blake was awarded Teammate Of The Year, and worked with the Ops Analytics Team to gain experience and further his data career.
Blake is proud to be joining the Alliance pack, where he is excited to have the opportunity to combine his love for Data, Business, and Animals. Blake and his wife are the proud owner of 5 cats (Milo, Meisha, Manny, Missy, & Molly) whom they lovingly call the M&M’s.
